//Hey! I’m finally feeling healthier and more energised after being sick again. I’m so done with this flu seasons. On Friday, I already went to dance practice with Noora, there's a short video from our practice on my instagram , and on Saturday I went to play floor ball with my friends.
I have been sick so many times this winter, and I don’t actually know why. Previous years, I’ve rarely been sick with a flu. I mean one year, I wasn’t sick at all the whole year. I’ve had other health problems than a regular flu; allergies, asthma, skin problems, etc. I felt tired and unmotivated all the time. I really had to push myself to write school assignments and blog posts. I felt required to go to work and do my job, not feeling even a small motivation for working. I actually had a few weeks off from work just because of that.
But now, as I’m getting healthier again, I feel a lot more energetic and motivated. I want to do things, workout, make plans with friends. I feel a lot more like myself again. Now, I try to do my best to avoid any sickness, and will get back on track with workout routines and schedules.
