//One evening, we got a change to learn to prepare sushi, the right way. It was such an interesting evening. We made lots of different sushi rolls, and nigiris. I couldn't even think of the variety of tastes, one can make, from only a few ingredients. We learned to flame salmon and boil shrimps, which both ended up delicious. Elisa, who invited us to cook sushi, has learned from one of the sushi chefs in Finland. Homemade sushi tastes so good, especially after hours spent on cooking it.
